“RecycleMore” is a West Contra Costa County public agency officially known as the West Contra Costa Integrated Waste Management Authority (WCCIWMA) or “Authority”.
The Authority is a joint powers agency formed by its Member Agencies which include the cities of El Cerrito, Hercules, Pinole, Richmond, and San Pablo, and unincorporated Contra Costa County (i.e., El Sobrante, North Richmond, Tara Hills, Rollingwood, East Richmond Heights, Bayview, Montalvin Manor). The service area consists of approximately 74 square miles located within the boundaries of these agencies in Western Contra Costa County.
