Ulises Zatarain

Ulises Zatarain is a nonprofit and education leader with over 18 years of experience advancing equity-driven workforce, education, and environmental initiatives across the Bay Area, Chicago, and the East Coast. His career includes leading large-scale programs that combine economic mobility with sustainability, environmental education, and waste-reduction efforts. Prior to joining Tech Exchange, Ulises held senior leadership roles at three other NGOs where he drove strategic growth and spearheaded partnerships with community colleges and employers to create career pathways for students from underrepresented groups entering the tech industry.
