Sponsor Form

Sponsor Submission Guidelines

Thank you for your interest in sponsoring Recycling Update 2026. To help us feature your organization effectively, please review the following guidelines when completing this form:

  • Logos: Please provide a high-resolution logo (square format preferred, approx. 512 x 512px). Logos will be resized for event use, typically appearing as a circular logo (200px diameter) on digital banners. Larger files are welcome — we’ll adjust to fit.
  • Banners: Banner images may be provided at larger sizes, but will display on-screen at 1200 x 250px (maintain this aspect ratio). A template can be provided upon request.
  • Descriptions & Taglines: Keep your description concise (1–2 sentences). If a tagline is not submitted, we will use the first few words of your description.
  • Additional Materials: You may upload a brochure (PDF, max 20MB), as well as optional links to your website, social media, or promotional video.
  • Editing Considerations: NCRA reserves the right to edit or adjust submitted materials to ensure your organization is presented in its best light. (For example, larger images may be pared down to conserve bandwidth or to optimize the visibility of your logo or banner.)
  • Approval Process: Sponsorship applications are reviewed to ensure alignment with the mission and values of the Northern California Recycling Association. Submission of this form does not guarantee sponsorship placement; NCRA reserves the right to make final determinations.
This can be a person or a group.
